Balance Alerts allow you to:
Set custom threshold amounts for any funded account or budget
Receive instant notifications via Email or SMS
Stay informed in real-time as soon as your balance drops below your specified limit
Update, disable, or remove alerts at any time
This feature is perfect for finance managers, budget owners, and admins who need proactive visibility across both the SiFi account and team budgets.
Go to your Accounts section in the SiFi dashboard
Choose the SiFi account or sub-account budget you want to monitor
Click on “Add Alert”
Enter your threshold amount
Choose your preferred notification method:

âś… SMS
Click Save
That’s it — your alert is now active. You’ll be instantly notified the moment your balance falls below the defined amount.
Navigate back to the Accounts section
Select the account or budget with an active alert
You can:
Update the threshold value
Switch between SMS or Email
Disable or Delete the alert entirely
