๐ Balance Confirmation Certificate in SiFi
SiFi allows you to generate a Balance Confirmation Certificate directly from the platform. This certificate provides an official record of your account, budget, or sub-account card balance on a specific date โ ideal for audits, reconciliations, or fund transfer confirmations.
๐ What is a Balance Confirmation Certificate?
A Balance Confirmation Certificate is an official PDF document issued by SiFi (Alhulul Almobassatah Financial Co.) that includes:
Account / Budget / Card name
IBAN and Account Number (if applicable)
Available Cash Balance
Pending Balance
Confirmation Date (as of end-of-day)
Issuance date & time
Disclaimer confirming the certificate is for informational and audit purposes only

๐ฅ How to Generate a Balance Confirmation Certificate
Log in to your SiFi account.
Go to the Reports section.
Select Balance Confirmation Certificate.
Choose the scope of your certificate:
Account-level
Budget-level
Sub-account card (if enabled for your company)
Select the confirmation date (the statement will show balances as of end-of-day).
Click Generate.
The certificate will be prepared and available in the Download Center.
Click Download to save your PDF.
