đź”’ Change Your Card PIN


WarningOnly the card owner can change a card’s PIN. Admins and finance users cannot change someone else’s PIN.

Steps (Mobile & Web)

  1. Open Cards and select your card.

  2. Tap More actions → Change PIN (or the Change PIN button).

  3. Verify your identity with the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

  4. Enter your new PIN. (Follow any on-screen rules (e.g., length/format) when choosing a PIN)

  5. Re-enter to confirm.

  6. You’ll see a success message once it’s updated.


Tips for a Strong PIN

  • Avoid obvious numbers (e.g., 0000, 1234, your birth year).

  • Don’t share your PIN.

  • Change it immediately if you suspect it’s been seen by someone else.


Troubleshooting

  • Didn’t receive the OTP?

    • Check your mobile coverage and number, then tap Resend after ~60 seconds.

    • If it still doesn’t arrive, contact support@sifi.sa.

  • Too many wrong PIN attempts?

    • For security, your card may be temporarily blocked. Try again later or reset the PIN using the steps above.

    • If you’re still stuck, reach out to support@sifi.sa.
