Delete a partner
If you no longer need a partner, you can delete them. Think first about whether you might pay them again.
Steps
- Go to Payments → Partner Hub.
- Click ⋮ in the partner's row (or on the partner's profile) and select Delete partner.
- Click Delete to confirm.
Warning: deleting a partner removes the profile and all its payment methods. This can't be undone. Past payments stay in your transfer records but are no longer linked to a partner.
If you can't delete a partner, it may have payments in progress. Wait until they're complete, or contact support.

Your records stay intact
Past payments remain in Payments → Transfers with full details (amount, date, IBAN, status), so reconciliation and compliance aren't affected.
