Delete a partner

Delete a partner

If you no longer need a partner in your directory, you can delete them. Before doing so, consider whether you might need their details again.

To delete a partner

  1. Go to Payments → Partners and open the partner you want to remove
  2. Click the menu and select Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

⚠️ Warning: Deleting a partner removes their profile and all associated payment methods. Transaction history for past payments is preserved in your transfer records, but will no longer be linked to a partner profile. This action cannot be undone.

When to delete vs. when to keep

ScenarioRecommendation
The partnership has ended permanentlyDelete — clean up your partner list
You might pay them again somedayKeep — easier than re-entering and re-verifying all details
Duplicate entry for the same partnerDelete the duplicate — keep the record with more history

Your records stay intact

Deleting a partner does not affect your financial records. Past payments remain in  Payments → Transfers with full transaction details (amount, date, IBAN, status) — they are just no longer linked to a partner profile. This keeps reconciliation and compliance intact.
