SiFi makes it simple to export all your company’s card transactions — whether for review, reporting, or accounting. You can generate a CSV file directly from the platform that includes all card transaction details, including those from virtual limit-based cards.

📥 Steps to Export Card Transactions

1. Log in to your SiFi account.

2. Navigate to the Cards section.

3. Click on Card Transactions to view your company’s complete transaction history.

4. Click Export Transactions (top-right corner).

5. Select the time period you want to export (e.g., last week, last month, or custom dates).

6. Click Export.

✅ A CSV file will be generated and automatically added to your Download Center.

Go to Reports → Download Center to retrieve your file.

📝 What’s Included in the Export

Your CSV export will include:

• Transaction Date & Time

• Cardholder Name

• Merchant / Vendor Name

• Transaction Type (POS, Online, ATM, Foreign, etc.)

• Amount (Local)

• Foreign currency amount (if applicable)
  

• Foreign currency  (if applicable)

• Card Label / Virtual Limit Name

• Status (Authorized, Settled, Declined, Refunded)

• Approval Details (if policy applies)

• Notes or Tags
