🏦 How to Add Your Bank Details in SiFi

In SiFi, you can securely add your personal bank account to receive reimbursements directly into your account.


πŸ‘€ Who Can Add Bank Details?

  • Only each user can add their own personal bank account.

  • Admins cannot add or change bank details on behalf of other users.

  • This can be done from both the web portal and the mobile app.


❓ Why Add My Bank Account?

Your bank account is required for:

  • Receiving reimbursements (e.g., expenses you paid out of pocket).

  • Ensuring payments go directly to your personal account without delays.

⚠️ Without your bank account on file, reimbursements cannot be submitted.


πŸ“ How to Add Your Bank Details

  1. Log in to your SiFi account (Web or Mobile).

  2. Go to your Profile:

    • On Web β†’ Hover over your name in the bottom left corner β†’ Click Profile.

    • On Mobile β†’ Tap your Profile icon in the navigation menu.

  3. Scroll to Banking Details.

  4. Enter the following information:

    • IBAN (International Bank Account Number).

    • Bank Name (auto-detected from IBAN in most cases).

    • Address (required for SARIE transfers as per banking rules).

  5. Click Save to confirm.

βœ… Once saved, your bank details will be securely linked to your account for all future reimbursements.

  • Only enter your own personal bank account details. Shared or company accounts are not allowed.

  • Double-check your IBAN to avoid failed transfers.

  • If you change banks, update your details immediately to avoid reimbursement delays.
