How to Bulk Approve and Reject Requests

This guide explains how to efficiently review, approve, or reject multiple requests at once using the Bulk Approval feature.

Before you begin, make sure that:
- You have approval permissions for expenses, reimbursements, or other request types.
- Youβre logged in to your active SiFi account.

π§ Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access the My Actions Tab
- From the left-hand navigation menu, go to Expenses.
- Click the My Actions tab to view all pending approvals.
2. Select Multiple Items
- Use the checkboxes next to each item to select one or more expenses.
- Once items are selected, the action bar will appear at the bottom of the page.
π‘ Note: Requests youβve already approved will display the status βAlready Approved by Youβ and will not be available for bulk selection.
3. Approve or Reject in Bulk
- Click Approve to confirm all selected requests.
- Or click Reject if the items donβt meet criteria.
