We’ve recently seen an increase in fraud attempts targeting users in Saudi Arabia. Fraudsters may contact you by phone or SMS pretending to be from SiFi Support or posing as well-known merchants or delivery companies.

Forward or share your passwords.
Perform two-factor authentication (2FA) on behalf of anyone.
Share your card details, PINs, or IBAN numbers outside of the official SiFi platform.

Fraudsters may send SMS pretending to be delivery companies (DHL, Aramex, UPS, etc.) or merchants. These often include suspicious links.
⚠️ Red Flags to Watch For:
Messages from companies when you’re not expecting a package.
Foreign numbers or short links (e.g., bit.ly/abc).
Messages creating urgency (“your parcel will not be delivered unless you update your address”).
SMS received without a matching email from the actual merchant.
✅ Safer Alternative:
If you are expecting a delivery, only use the official tracking number provided by the merchant and enter it directly on the courier’s website.
Fraudsters may use manipulative tactics (social engineering) to gain your trust.
Common Methods Include:
Phishing – Fake emails, websites, or login pages that look like SiFi.
Spoofing – Phone calls where fraudsters pretend to be from SiFi.
