Any SiFi user can use the SiFi mobile app on their phone perfect for managing expenses, approvals, and cards while on the go!

πŸš€ How to Start Using the SiFi Mobile App

  1. Download the App 

    • Download the SiFi mobile app for iOS or Android. 

  1. Login Credentials

    • Use the same username and password you use for the SiFi web app. 

    • Your username can be:

      • National ID / Iqama / Residence ID

      • Border Number ID

      • Passport Number (for external auditors)

      • Registered mobile number

      • Registered email address


  1. First-Time Login & Device Registration

    • After entering your login details, you’ll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS on your registered mobile number.

    • Enter the OTP to verify.

    • You may also receive an email code to complete the verification process.

    • Once verified, your device will be registered as your trusted device.


  1. Set Up Security for Future Logins

    • Create a 4-digit SiFi PIN code.

    • Enter it twice to confirm.

    • This PIN will replace SMS codes for faster, secure access in the future.

    • From the Settings in the mobile app, we recommend:

      • βœ… Enable PIN Code for quick login.

      • βœ… Enable Face ID / Fingerprint for even greater convenience.

Once setup is complete, you can:

  • View and manage your cards, expenses, reimbursements, and approvals.

  • Receive real-time notifications.

  • Submit receipts, request funds, and manage spending on the move.

Your device is now trusted, and you’ll use your PIN code or Face ID for future access .

  • Only register the app on your personal device.

  • Never share your PIN  or  OTP with others.

  • If you lose your phone, log in via web and lock your cards immediately.
