Can I reward any employee with my cashback balance?

Yes. As an Admin or Finance Manager, you can use your company’s cashback balance to reward employees.

SiFi allows you to convert company cashback into SiFi Points and assign those points to any employee - making it easy to recognize performance, celebrate milestones or run internal incentive programs.

To convert cashback into SiFi points, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Rewards Page

From the main navigation menu, open the Rewards page.

Then go to the Company Rewards tab.

Step 2: Convert Cashback to SiFi Points

Using the Rewards Employees option and:

  • Choose the employee you want to reward
  • Enter the cashback amount you want to convert into points and assign to an employee.
  • Confirm the conversion using OTP verification

Step 3: Employee receives SiFi points

Once the cashback is converted:

  • The employee immediately receives SiFi Points
  • Points appear in the employee’s Rewards balance
