How to change Rewards distribution?

Reward distribution

SiFi Rewards allows you to decide how rewards are shared between your company and employees.

You can split rewards between:

  • The company share is earned as cashback
  • The employee share is earned as SiFi points

Admins and Finance Manager update this distribution at any time from the configuration menu using the steps below.

Step 1: Visit Rewards Configuration page

Log in to your SiFi dashboard and go to the Configuration menu. From there, open the Rewards tab.

Step 2: Update split as per your preference

Adjust the company and employee reward percentages as needed.

Example:

If you set:

  • 25% Company
  • 75% Employee

Then:

  • The company earns 25% of rewards as cashback on eligible spend
  • Employees earn 75% of rewards as SiFi points on eligible spend
