Step 1: Open the Cards section in the SiFi app (mobile or web).
Step 2: Find your card under the Pending Activation tab.
Step 3: Select Activate to begin.
If you no longer need the card, you can choose Reject instead.
Step 4: Choose your preferred activation method:
Instant NFC Activation: For physical cards, you can complete activation instantly through a contactless phone tap directly from the mobile app. Simply hold your physical card to your phone's NFC reader when prompted.
Standard Verification: Review your card details. For physical cards, enter the last 4 digits of the card number.
⚠️ You can only activate a physical card once it has been delivered to your address.
Step 5: If your name on the card exceeds 21 characters or contains special characters, you’ll be prompted to edit it.
Step 6: Set and confirm your card PIN.
Step 7: Complete the OTP verification (sent to your registered phone/email).
Step 8: You’ll receive a confirmation call:
Press 1: Activate the card.
Press 2: Cancel activation.
⚠️ If activation fails, select Retry to receive the call again or do it throuth Email
