How to enable/disable Rewards card?

Rewards card

The SiFi Rewards card allows employees to spend their earned SiFi points directly on everyday purchases. Once enabled, employees can create and use a Rewards card from the Rewards section.

Admins and Finance Manager update this settings anytime from the configuration menu using the steps below.

Step 1: Visit Rewards Configuration page

Log in to your SiFi dashboard and go to the Configuration menu. From there, open the Rewards tab.

Step 2: Enable rewards card

In the Rewards Card settings:

  • Toggle ON to allow employees to create and use a Rewards card from the Rewards page
  • Toggle OFF to disable the Rewards card so employees can no longer use it

Changes take effect immediately after saving.
