⚙ Responsibilities

  1. Manage Members
    • Add or remove employees from your team budget.
    • Assign appropriate roles and permissions within the budget.

  2. Oversee Cards
    • Create, edit, and manage cards associated with your budget.
    • Control who can spend from each card and set spending limits.

  3. Review Transactions
    • Approve or edit expenses and reimbursements submitted under your budget.
    • Monitor spending to ensure alignment with company policies.

  4. Manage Transfers & Funds
    • Create and view internal transfers related to your budget.
    • Request additional funds when the budget balance runs low.

  5. Analyze Budget Insights
    • View reports and analytics on spending patterns.
    • Use this data to make informed decisions and improve team spending efficiency.

• Any updates you make will immediately apply to all members of the budget.
• Only Budget Managers and Admins can modify or delete a team budget.
