Cancel or Resend User Invites

If you’ve invited a user to join SiFi but they haven’t accepted yet, you can either resend the invitation or cancel it. This ensures you can manage pending invites easily without creating duplicates.


Steps to Cancel or Resend an Invite

  1. Log in to your SiFi account.

  2. Go to People from the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Click on Invited Users to filter all pending invitations.

  4. Find the specific user you want to manage.

  5. Click on the Options (…) menu next to their name.

  6. Choose one of the following:

    • Resend Invite → The user will immediately receive a new email invitation.

    • Cancel Invite → The invitation is withdrawn, and the user will no longer appear under invited users.


Important Notes

  • Resending an invite sends the same email.

  • Canceling an invite does not delete the user’s details permanently, you can re-invite them at any time.

  • If the invitee reports not receiving the email, check that their email address is entered correctly before resending.

  • Once invited the invitee can go through the activation process
