As an Admin, you can view detailed information about any user in your organization. This includes their profile information, cards, expenses, reimbursements, budgets, requests, transfers, and activity logs. This feature helps track responsibilities, pending requests, and compliance.
Log in to SiFi.
From the left navigation menu, click People.
Select the user you want to review from the list.
You’ll be directed to the user’s Profile page with multiple tabs.
Profile Overview
Basic details (name, job title, national ID, gender, email, phone)
Verification status of email and phone
Pending requests (cards, budgets, reimbursements)
