View User Details and Activities

As an Admin, you can view detailed information about any user in your organization. This includes their profile information, cards, expenses, reimbursements, budgets, requests, transfers, and activity logs. This feature helps track responsibilities, pending requests, and compliance.


Steps to View a User’s Details

  1. Log in to SiFi.

  2. From the left navigation menu, click People.

  3. Select the user you want to review from the list.

  4. You’ll be directed to the user’s Profile page with multiple tabs.


What You Can See


Profile Overview

  • Basic details (name, job title, national ID, gender, email, phone)

  • Verification status of email and phone

  • Pending requests (cards, budgets, reimbursements)


Cards Tab 💳

  • All company cards assigned to the user

  • Status of each card (active, expired, blocked)

  • Spending activity


Expenses Tab 💼

  • All submitted and pending expenses

  • Categorization and receipt attachments

  • Approval status


Reimbursements Tab 📑

  • Requests created by the user

  • Pending vs approved reimbursements

  • Payment status


Team Budgets Tab 📊

  • Budgets the user owns or manages

  • Spending percentages and remaining balances


Requests Tab 📝

  • Pending requests submitted (e.g., card requests, budget requests, transfers)

  • Approval history


Activity Tab / Logs 📜

  • A detailed audit trail of user actions:

    • Login attempts and device registrations

    • Expense submissions and edits

    • Transfer creations and approvals

    • Role updates and permission changes
