Update a User’s Job Title

Overview

You can update or correct an employee’s job title anytime in the People section of your SiFi account. This ensures that user profiles remain accurate and up to date.


Steps to Update a Job Title

  1. Log in to your SiFi account.

  2. From the left navigation menu, click People.

  3. Find the user whose job title you want to update.

  4. Click on the Options (…) menu next to their name.

  5. Select Update Job Title.

  6. Enter or edit the job title in the input field.

  7. Click Save to confirm changes.


Important Notes

  • Updates take effect immediately across the platform.

  • The updated job title will appear in the user’s profile and in all related workflows.

  • Only Admins or HR/People Ops roles with permission can update job titles.
