๐Ÿ“ง How to Add an Additional Email in SiFi

You can add multiple email addresses to your SiFi profile and choose which one should be your default email for receiving notifications.

๐Ÿ‘ค Who Can Add Additional Emails?

  • Only you can add or manage the emails linked to your SiFi profile.

  • Admins cannot add or change your email addresses.

๐Ÿ“ Steps to Add an Additional Email

  1. Log in to your SiFi account.

  2. Go to Profile.

  3. Click Add Email.

  4. Enter your new email address.

  5. Confirm the email by entering the OTP sent to that address.

  6. Once verified, the new email will be added to your profile.

โœ‰๏ธ Choosing Your Default Email

  • In your Profile โ†’ Email section, you will see a list of all verified emails.

  • Select the email you want to set as default for notifications.

  • Click Make Default and confirm your choice.

  • From now on, all SiFi notifications (approvals, reminders, updates) will be sent only to the default email.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Security Notes

  • Do not use shared or generic email accounts, use only your company-assigned email.

  • If you lose access to your default email, update it immediately to avoid missing critical notifications.
