🔐 How to Enable Face ID or Biometric Login on SiFi Mobile
You can log in to the SiFi mobile app quickly and securely using Face ID (on iOS) or Biometric Login (on Android).
This feature lets you access your account without typing your password or PIN each time.
📱 What is Biometric Login?
Biometric Login allows you to use your device’s Face ID or Fingerprint to unlock the SiFi app.
It’s a fast and secure way to ensure only you can access your SiFi account.
⚙️ Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Set a Passcode
Before enabling Face ID or Biometric Login, you must have a SiFi Passcode set up.

Open the SiFi App.

Tap your profile icon → Settings.

Under Login and Security, turn on Passcode.

Set a secure 4-digit passcode.
💡 Your passcode acts as a backup if Face ID or Biometric Login fails.
Step 2: Enable Face ID / Biometric Login
Once your passcode is set:

On iOS, you’ll see the option “Enable Face ID.”

On Android, you’ll see “Enable Biometric Login.”

Tap Turn on Face ID or Turn on Biometric Login.

Follow your phone’s system prompt to authenticate using Face ID or your fingerprint.

Once approved, you’ll see a success message confirming activation.

That’s it! You can now log in instantly using Face ID or your fingerprint.
🔄 How to Turn Off Face ID / Biometric Login
You can disable this feature anytime from your settings.

Go to Settings → Login and Security.

Turn off Face ID (iOS) or Biometric Login (Android).

You’ll be asked to confirm your passcode before disabling.
