If you have sent a bank transfer to your SiFi wallet account and the amount hasn’t appeared yet, don’t worry your money is safe.
This delay can happen due to bank processing times, incorrect details, or verification checks from the receiving bank. SiFi automatically reconciles all incoming transfers, and your funds will appear in your wallet once they are cleared by the banking network.
SiFi processes wallet top-ups through the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) payment networks Instant Payment (IPS) and SARIE.

Bank Processing Delay
The sending bank may still be processing the payment internally.
Your funds are safe and will be reflected automatically once released.
Incorrect Transfer Details
Any mismatch in account name, IBAN, or bank name can delay or return your transfer.
Always make sure you’re transferring to the correct SiFi wallet IBAN and account name exactly as displayed in your SiFi app.
Transfers Made After Cut-Off Time
Any transfer made after 3:30 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Compliance or Verification Checks
Occasionally, a transfer may be placed on hold for AML or regulatory compliance review.
SiFi or the bank may contact you if additional documentation is needed.
Check the Transfer Receipt from your sending bank.
Ensure the IBAN and beneficiary name exactly match your SiFi wallet details.
Locate the external payment reference number this helps trace your transaction.
Confirm with Your Bank
Share the reference number with your bank to verify that the transfer has been successfully sent to SiFi’s account.
Check Your SiFi Wallet
Open your Wallet section in the SiFi app or portal to confirm if the funds have been credited.
If you don’t see the amount after the expected time window, proceed to the next step.
