The My Actions panel in your SiFi dashboard highlights all tasks that require your attention. It helps you stay on top of approvals, pending confirmations, and important requests without needing to navigate through multiple menus.
Examples of actions that may appear include:
Card Requests → Approve or reject new card requests from employees.
Pending Activations → Cards waiting to be activated by you.
Delivery Confirmations → Confirm receipt of a physical card delivery.
Reimbursements → Requests for reimbursements that need approval.
From your Dashboard, go to My Actions.
Review each task — you’ll see details like:
Request type (Card / Reimbursement / Delivery, etc.)
Requestor name (e.g., AbdulRahman)
Date & source (e.g., Web, Mobile, Account)
Amount or limit (if applicable)
Take action directly:
Approve ✅ → Confirms and moves the request forward.
Reject ❌ → Declines the request.
⚠️ Every rejection requires a reason so the requestor understands why.
Click “See All” in the My Actions panel.
This will take you to the Action Center, where you can:
View the full list of requests requiring your input.
Click on any request for detailed information before approving or rejecting.
Efficiency → Approve or reject requests directly from the dashboard.
Clarity → Always know what’s waiting for your approval.
Transparency → Requestors get clear reasons when their requests are rejected.
Control → Stay compliant with policies by monitoring every approval flow in one place.
