This is part of our security measures to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Continued failed attempts β†’ Temporary lock placed


⏱️ How Long Will the Lock Last?

  • Your account may be locked for up to 24 hours depending on the number of failed attempts.

  • After the lockout period, you can try logging in again.

You have two options:

  1. Wait for Auto-Unlock

    • Account will unlock automatically after the cooldown period (max 24 hours).

  2. Contact SiFi Support (Recommended)

    • Reach out to our team if you need immediate access.

    • You’ll need to verify your identity before the block can be removed.
