Go to the Activation Page
Access SiFi here.
Click on “Activate Account” at the bottom of the page.
Enter your:
NID / Iqama / Passport Number / Border Number
Email address associated with your account
Enter the OTP sent to your email address.
Verify your mobile number

⚠️ Important:
If your company has opted for mobile number verification through Absher, your invited mobile number must match the one registered in Absher.
If your mobile number is owned by the company (not personally registered under your Absher), ask your Admin to:
Cancel the original invitation.
Re-invite you using the option “Phone number owned by company.”
Nafath ID Verification (Step 3)
Open your Nafath App.
Enter the code displayed on your screen to complete ID verification.
⚠️ Note: If you are an external auditor, the Nafath step will be skipped.
Accept Terms & Conditions (Step 4)
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions.
Create and confirm your new password.
Once these steps are complete, your SiFi account is ready to use.
You can now log in with your username (ID, mobile, or email), password, and OTP.
On mobile, your device will be registered and you’ll be asked to set a Soft PIN or Face ID for quicker access in the future.
Never share your OTP or password with anyone even SiFi staff.
Use a strong password (minimum 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character).
