📱 How to Update Your Mobile Number in SiFi

Employees can update their registered mobile number directly in SiFi to ensure they continue receiving OTPs, notifications, and important account alerts.


👤 Who Can Update Mobile Numbers?

  • Only you (the employee) can update your own mobile number.

  • Admins cannot change your personal mobile number on your behalf. (We are working on a solution for admin to change on certain conditions very soon)


📝 Steps to Update Your Mobile Number

  1. Log in to your SiFi account.

  2. Go to Profile.

  3. Click Add Mobile Number.

  4. Enter your new mobile number.

  5. Confirm it by entering the OTP sent to the new number.

  6. Once verified, the new number will appear in your profile.

  7. Select it as your default mobile number for OTPs and notifications.


Notes

⚠️ Important 

  • You must own the mobile number you are adding,  it should be registered under your name.

  • Your invited mobile number must match the one in Absher.

  • If your mobile number is company-owned, contact your Admin to update it (they must re-invite you using the “Phone number owned by company” option).


🛡️ Security Notes

  • Always keep your mobile number updated to avoid issues with OTP delivery and account access.
  • Do not use shared or temporary numbers.

  • If you lose access to your number, update it immediately to prevent lockouts.
