Network Coverage
Ensure your phone has a stable signal. OTPs may be delayed in low coverage areas or when roaming.
Correct Mobile Number
Verify your registered mobile number in SiFi is active and correct.
If your number has changed, ask your company Admin or contact SiFi Support to update it.
SMS Filters
Some carriers or devices may block OTPs. Check your Spam/Blocked Messages folder.
Allow for Delays
Occasionally, network congestion can delay delivery. Wait 2–3 minutes, then try resending.
Limited Period Network Issues
Our service provider occasionally experiences temporary delivery delays that may affect OTPs. If this happens, please wait a few minutes and retry.
Click Resend OTP on the login or verification screen.
If abroad, ensure your SIM has international SMS enabled.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if OTPs are used for app verification.
SiFi supports OTP delivery to most countries worldwide.
However, if your registered mobile number is international, there may be limited support in certain countries due to restrictions from local carriers.

OTPs expire quickly (3–5 minutes). Enter them promptly.
Never share OTPs with anyone — SiFi staff will never ask for them.
Multiple failed attempts may lock access temporarily. Wait before retrying.
