📲 Not Receiving Your OTP?

When you log in, reset your password, or verify a transaction, SiFi sends a One-Time Password (OTP) to your registered mobile number. If you haven’t received it, here’s how to fix the issue.

🔎 Quick Checklist

✔️ Check your network signal

✔️ Confirm your registered mobile number is correct

✔️ Look in your Spam / Blocked SMS folder

✔️ Try the Resend OTP option

✔️ Wait a few minutes in case of carrier delays


✅ Step 1: Basic Checks

  1. Network Coverage

    • Ensure your phone has a stable signal. OTPs may be delayed in low coverage areas or when roaming.

  2. Correct Mobile Number

    • Verify your registered mobile number in SiFi is active and correct.

    • If your number has changed, ask your company Admin or contact SiFi Support to update it.

  3. SMS Filters

    • Some carriers or devices may block OTPs. Check your Spam/Blocked Messages folder.

  4. Allow for Delays

    • Occasionally, network congestion can delay delivery. Wait 2–3 minutes, then try resending.

  5. Limited Period Network Issues

    • Our service provider occasionally experiences temporary delivery delays that may affect OTPs. If this happens, please wait a few minutes and retry.


✅ Step 2: Retry or Resend OTP

  • Click Resend OTP on the login or verification screen.

  • If abroad, ensure your SIM has international SMS enabled.

  • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if OTPs are used for app verification.


✅ Step 3: International Numbers

  • SiFi supports OTP delivery to most countries worldwide.

  • However, if your registered mobile number is international, there may be limited support in certain countries due to restrictions from local carriers.

  • In such cases, please contact support@sifi.sa or call 920031030 for assistance.


🛡️ Security Notes

  • OTPs expire quickly (3–5 minutes). Enter them promptly.

  • Never share OTPs with anyone — SiFi staff will never ask for them.

  • Multiple failed attempts may lock access temporarily. Wait before retrying.

If you still can’t get your OTP:

  • Email us at support@sifi.sa with your registered email and phone number.

  • Or call 920031030 for help.

Our team will verify your account and assist with restoring OTP delivery.
