If youβre already a SiFi user and have been invited to join another company account, you do not need to create or activate a new account.

Your SiFi account is unique to you (email/ID/phone number)

You can be a member of multiple companies using the same login

No need to repeat account activation or verification
π Steps to Join Another Company
Log in to SiFi at app.sifi.sa

Use your ID or phone number as your username
-
Enter your existing password
-
π If the password doesnβt work β click Reset Password

Once logged in, youβll see an invite notification from the new company.
Choose to:

You can be part of more than one company in SiFi at the same time

Switching between companies can be done directly from your dashboard
-
If you were previously removed from a company, you can still access your personal account and accept new invitations
π Troubleshooting
β Canβt log in with old password?
β Reset your password from the login screen and try again
β Didnβt receive company invite?
β Ask your company admin to resend the invitation
β Account locked?
β Contact SiFi Support for assistance
