If you’re already a SiFi user and have been invited to join another company account, you do not need to create or activate a new account.


β€‹πŸ‘€ How It Works

  • Your SiFi account is unique to you (email/ID/phone number)

  • You can be a member of multiple companies using the same login

  • No need to repeat account activation or verification


πŸ“ Steps to Join Another Company

  1. Log in to SiFi at app.sifi.sa

    • Use your ID or phone number as your username

    • Enter your existing password

    • πŸ”‘ If the password doesn’t work β†’ click Reset Password

  2. Once logged in, you’ll see an invite notification from the new company.

  3. Choose to:


    • βœ… Accept – you’ll join the new company workspace

    • ❌ Reject – the invite will be declined


πŸ“Œ Notes

  • You can be part of more than one company in SiFi at the same time

  • Switching between companies can be done directly from your dashboard

  • If you were previously removed from a company, you can still access your personal account and accept new invitations

❌ Can’t log in with old password?

βœ” Reset your password from the login screen and try again

❌ Didn’t receive company invite?

βœ” Ask your company admin to resend the invitation

❌ Account locked?
