To log in to SiFi, you need a valid username, password, and OTP. All three are required to ensure your account remains secure.


βœ… What Can I Use as My Username?

You can log in to SiFi using any of the following:

  • National ID / Iqama / Residence ID

  • Border Number ID

  • Registered Mobile Number

  • Registered Email Address


All options work as valid usernames in SiFi.


πŸ”‘ How to Log in to SiFi

  1. Go to the SiFi login page (Web or Mobile app).

  2. Enter your Username (ID, mobile, or email).

  3. Enter your Password.

  4. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.


πŸ‘‰ Username, Password, and OTP are mandatory to complete login.


πŸ“± First-Time Login on Mobile

When logging into the SiFi mobile app for the first time:

  1. Enter your Username, Password, and OTP.

  2. Your device will be registered to your account.

  3. You will be prompted to set a Soft PIN (4–6 digit code).

  4. If your device supports it, you can also enable Face ID / Fingerprint for quicker access.


πŸ‘‰ After the first login, you can use your Soft PIN or Face ID for future logins instead of entering username and password each time.

If you belong to more than one company in SiFi:

  • Log in once with any of your valid usernames.

  • After logging in, you’ll see a company selector screen where you can switch between companies you’re part of.

  • Always keep your password and OTP private.

  • Never share your login credentials with anyone β€” not even SiFi staff.

  • Enable biometric login (Face ID/Fingerprint) only on your personal device.

  • If you change your ID, mobile number, or email, ask your Admin or contact support@sifi.sa to update your records.
