📩 Didn’t Receive Your Invitation Email?

If your Admin sent you an invitation to join SiFi but you haven’t received it, don’t worry this can usually be resolved quickly.

✅ Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Sometimes invitation emails may be filtered by your email provider.

  • Search for “SiFi Invitation” in your inbox.

  • Check the Spam / Junk or Promotions folder.

✅ Step 2: Ask Your Admin to Resend the Invite

If the email isn’t in spam, ask your Admin to:

  1. Go to People → Invited List in SiFi.

  2. Locate your pending invite.

  3. Click Resend Invite.

This will send a fresh invitation email to your address.

✅ Step 3: Contact Support if the Issue Persists

If you still don’t receive the invitation, it may be due to:

  • A typo in your email address.

  • The email being blocked or bounced by your provider.
