If your registered mobile number is no longer accessible (e.g., SIM cancelled, lost phone, or number change), you may face issues receiving OTPs and notifications required to log in.

If re-invite isn’t possible or you are already an active user, please raise a ticket with SiFi Support at:

Our support team will require additional verification (such as ID details) to update your number securely.
