How to Add a Beneficiary in SiFi

Adding a beneficiary in SiFi is quick and secure. You can add new beneficiaries anytime and also update their details whenever needed.


Steps to Add a New Beneficiary

  1. Log in to your SiFi account.

  2. Go to Transfers.

  3. Click on Add Beneficiary.

  4. Enter the following details:

    • Name of the beneficiary

    • IBAN

    • Alias (a nickname for easy identification)

    • Email (optional – if provided, the beneficiary will automatically receive a paid receipt once a transfer is completed)

    • Address of the beneficiary

  5. Click Add Beneficiary.

  6. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number.

    • Enter the OTP to confirm and add the beneficiary.


Beneficiary Activation

  • You cannot transfer funds to a newly added beneficiary until they are activated.

  • To activate, go to Beneficiary Options → Activate.

  • You will receive a verification call from SiFi.

  • Follow the instructions on the call to confirm and complete activation.


After Activation

✅ Once your beneficiary is activated, you can transfer funds to them anytime.

✅ If an email was added, the beneficiary will automatically receive a payment receipt whenever a transfer is made.

  • Ensure the IBAN and details entered are correct to avoid delays.

  • Only activated beneficiaries are eligible for transfers.

  • You can edit beneficiary details anytime from the Beneficiaries section.
