For security reasons, SiFi requires you to activate any new beneficiary before funds can be transferred. This protects your business from unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

Go to Beneficiaries
In your SiFi dashboard, navigate to Transfers → Beneficiaries.
You’ll see a list of all saved beneficiaries.
Click “Activate”
Locate the beneficiary you just added.
Click the Activate option next to their name.
Receive Verification Call 📞
You’ll get an automated or live verification call from SiFi.
Follow the on-call prompts carefully to confirm the beneficiary.
Confirm Activation
Once verified, you’ll see the beneficiary status change to Active.
You can now transfer funds anytime without further delays.
⏳ Pending Activation → Beneficiary added but not yet confirmed
📞 Verification in Progress → Awaiting confirmation via call
✅ Active → Beneficiary ready for transfers
Didn’t receive a call?
→ Check your registered phone number in SiFi. If incorrect, update it in Profile Settings.
Call dropped mid-verification?
→ Simply go back to the beneficiary and click Activate again to retry.
Still pending after confirmation?
→ Contact SiFi Support to complete activation.
