The Download Center is your one-stop hub to manage, track, and re-download all reports and files you generate in SiFi. Instead of downloading reports immediately after generating them, you can always return to the Download Center to access your files later.
๐ What Can You Do in the Download Center?

View all your generated files (Statements, Audit Reports, Expense Exports, Certificates, etc.).

Track the status of a file (Preparing, Ready, Failed).

See details such as file type, file name, and generation date.

Re-download files anytime โ as many times as you need.
๐ค Who Can View Files?
The Download Center is user-based.

This means only you can see the reports you generate.

Files are not shared with other users in your company.
โณ My file is โPreparing.โ Why is it taking time?
If your file contains many transactions or attachments (such as receipts), it may take longer to prepare.

Most files are ready within a few minutes.

If it takes more than 30 minutes, please contact support@sifi.sa for assistance.
โ My file โFailed.โ What should I do?
Try generating and downloading the file again.
