How Long Do Local SARIE Transfers Take?

Transfer times depend on the type of transfer, amount, and time of day. While most transfers are instant, higher-value or late-day transfers may settle on the next business day under SARIE rules.

Instant Transfers ⚡

  • SiFi Wallet → SiFi Wallet: Instant

  • SiFi Wallet → ANB Bank Account: Instant

  • Any Transfer ≤ 20,000 SAR: Instant (during business hours)

Same-Day or Next-Day Transfers 🕒

  • Transfers > 20,000 SAR (before cut-off time 3:00 PM)

    → Processed same day

  • Transfers > 20,000 SAR (after cut-off time 3:00 PM)

    → Processed T+1 (next business day)

Outside Business Hours ⏳

  • Transfers made after hours, on weekends, or during public holidays:

    → Settled on the next business day (per SARIE rules from the Saudi Central Bank / SAMA).

Best Practices

  • For urgent transfers above 20,000 SAR, initiate them before 3 PM to ensure same-day settlement.

  • Plan ahead for weekends and holidays, as transfers will not settle until the next business day.

  • Always verify large transfers in your SiFi dashboard to track status.
